More About Us
WebResults was a division of Wilgin, Inc., a small corporation based in Stinson Beach, California. It was started in 1995 by Will Felch, known as "Bill" in his former life, when he worked for 20 years on communications and strategic planning for non-profits, mainly those involved with health care.

Will was the primary Web site developer for WebResults but is now the Executive Director of the International Council of Ophthalmology.
